King Crab

8 portions remaining

King Crab is landed every Winter in the great state of Alaska. It is delivered to the docks alive, then immediately cooked and flash frozen. We recomend to only consume Alaskan King Crab because of the outstanding job they do managing their fishery. A lot of illegaly harvested imports have found their way into US markets. There is a reason why we risk our lives to catch this delicacy.

A portion of King Crab is 10 oz. (in the shell, but easy to open)

Fair Trade

Red’s Best fish is either handline, harpooned, or longlined by American or Candadian fishing vessels. These fleets are heavily regulated, which has lead to the full recovery of swordfish stocks. We are committed to the hard working fishermen who risk their lives to catch this fish in an ecologically responsible manner. The American and Canadian fleets embark from ports up and down the coast and unload their catches at ports nearest to the ever-changing catch area.
